Wetland permitting throughout New England, from single residential driveway crossings to large-scale development for 800,000 sf, regional warehouse operations including mitigation planning and conservation easement survey, selection, documentation, and monitoring.
Soils
High Intensity Soil Series and Site-Specific Soil mapping and reporting, test pit evaluation and infiltration testing per New Hampshire Alteration of Terrain guidelines.
Endangered Species
Threatened and endangered wildlife species and habitat surveys in conjunction with New Hampshire Fish and Game, and US Fish and Wildlife, as well as rare plant and natural community surveys per New Hampshire Natural Heritage, Division of Forests and Lands requirements.
Luke Hurley of Hurley Environmental and Land Planning, LLC has over 25 years of experience throughout the Northeast region including New England and New York conducting wetland delineations, soil mapping, threatened and endangered wildlife surveys, along with plant and natural community surveys. He has taught workshops on wetlands and soils, through the UNH Cooperative Extension, Merrimack and Rockingham County Conservation Districts, and has served as the Soil Discipline Chair of NHANRS, and currently serves on their Education Committee. He is also a NH Certified Wetland Scientist, NH Certified Soil Scientist and a Certified Erosion, Sediment, & Storm Water Inspector with Enviro Cert International, Inc.
